Refund Policy

At PULSAR, we strive to ensure that every cup you brew meets your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

Returns and Refunds

If your coffee order isn’t what you expected, we offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags or products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request is received, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please contact us at pulse@drinkpulsar.com, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To start the process, send us an email at pulse@drinkpulsar.com with the following information:

Order number

A brief description of the issue

Photos (if applicable, e.g., damaged product or incorrect order)

We’ll respond within 48 hours to resolve your issue.

Shipping Costs

If a return is necessary, you may need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the issue was due to an error on our end, we’ll cover all shipping costs.
